If you are interested in transferring to Brooks for the Fall of 2015, please download and fill out the form posted below. Application information can be typed directly into the form, or the form can be completed by hand. Application materials must be submitted in ONE LARGE ENVELOPE.

Only students accepted for the Fall of 2015 will be notified. Notifications begin in August and end in December. Students not informed of their admission in August, should enroll at the high school of their choice. If a student is notified of his/her acceptance after the start of the school year, he or she will have the option of transferring into Brooks at that time.
