Brooks Chess won the 7th Place trophy in the U1200 section at the USCF National Chess Tournament in Washington D.C on Apr. 2, 2023. This is a 3 day tournament involving thousands of students from hundreds of schools across the nation.

This is our 2nd National trophy win, two years in a row!

Chidi Ireaja also won an individual National medal for 6th place in the U1200 section. Childi is the first USCF National medal winner for the Brooks Chess Team.
