On Saturday, March 11th Brooks Math Team participated in the contest #4 of the City of Chicago Math League. After this contest Brooks moved up to the fourth place overall in division C.

Our teams placed as follows:

• Algebra 1 team - 3rd place

• Geometry team - 1st place

• Pre-Calc team - 1st place

Individual awards for the southside division C:

• Daniel Casanova (Pre-Calc) - 1st place

• Josue Sandoval and Mark Rodriguez (Geometry) - 2nd place

• Dana Emery (Algebra 2) - 2nd place

• Nayeli Vaca (Pre-Calc) - 3rd place
