College Application Procedures

All seniors were reminded of the college application document request procedures on October 7th during seminar. 

Each student must do the following to have documents sent in support of college applications. All forms are available in the Counseling Department. 

Questions? Contact your school counselor!

    1. Submit application to college

    2. Complete Senior Self-Assessment

    3.  Attend 1-on-1 appointment

For each college you've submitted an application to:

    1. Print out your application confirmation. 
    2. Submit College Application Documents Request Form to counselor with your confirmation attached. 

    3. If school requires paper copies student MUST provide addressed envelope.

    4. Bring acceptance letters to counselor.

    5. Update Naviance with results, i.e. admitted, waitlisted, denied.
