2017 AP Exam Fees

AP Exams Cost: $92/ EXAM

Students who qualify for FREE/REDUCED LUNCH: $15 / EXAM

AP EXAM FEES ARE DUE BY MARCH 31st to Mr. Bayon in the main office. 

 

2017 College Board Late Exam Policy

Reasons for which late testing (using an alternate form of the exam) will and will not be allowed are listed below. Only those students affected by a conflict may test late; all other students must test on the regularly scheduled date.

For circumstances that are generally beyond student control, there will be no additional fee for using an alternate form of the exam.

For other circumstances where students have a choice between accepting the scheduled date and requesting an alternate date, students will be billed an additional $45 for each exam.

No additional fee:

  • Emergency: serious injury, illness, or family tragedy
  • Religious holiday/observance
  • Strike/labor conflict
  • Three or more AP Exams on same date
  • Two AP Exams on same date and time

Additional $45 fee per exam:

  • Academic contest/event
  • Athletic contest/event
  • Conflict with non-AP and non-IB exam
  • Family commitment

    2016-2017 AP Course Offerings

    BROOKS COUNSELING AP RECOMMENDATIONS

    We recommend that students take AT LEAST ONE AP Class / Year:

    Freshmen Year - 1 AP Class (AP HUMAN GEOGRAPHY)

    Sophomore Year- 1 AP Class

    Junior Year - 2+ AP Classes

    Senior Year- 3+ AP Classes

     

    Students who are considering attending a selective or highly selective school should take MORE AP Classes!

     

    Students are encouraged to take AP Classes in subjects for which they are performaing at a B or better OR for which they are highly interested and motivated.
